Sisters Academy of Baltimore, a Catholic, community-centered middle school, educates girls of different races, ethnic groups, and religions from families of limited economic means, particularly those in southwest Baltimore. The school leadership team manifests the charism and dedication of the co-sponsors, the School Sisters of Notre Dame, the Sisters of Mercy, the Sisters of Notre
Dame de Namur and the Sisters of Bon Secours.
The Academy empowers its students to become agents of transformation in their families, communities and society. In a learning community dedicated to excellence and leadership, girls receive an integrated, quality education that addresses their intellectual, spiritual and physical growth and development, leading to acceptance into high quality high schools and followed by enlightened life choices.
