Dare to Care - Then to Act

School Sisters of Notre Dame have been involved with immigrants since our arrival in North America when we set out to educate German immigrant children in several East Coast cities. Learn more about our commitments to action here!
On April 27th, Sisters, Associates, and Staff attended a Symposium on Climate Change. Please take a moment and reflect on these ‘take-aways’ from the Sisters, Associates, and Staff who participated.
Please take time to read the enclosed article “Poems from Children on the Front Lines of Climate Change,” by Veronica Gaylie. Also, Sister Kay O’Connell has prepared a reflection on the poetry of Gerard Manley Hopkins and Teilhard de Chardin.
