For years, our very own Associate, Delores A. Moore, as part of the St. Ann Social Justice Committee, has been petitioning the pope to make a move regarding the first six African American Catholics on the path to sainthood. In October, the committee and supporters finally received a meeting with the Vatican's saint-making office! This is wonderful progress on this important and worthy petition.
